Kevin Graham was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on July 11, 1954. He attended Miami University where he graduated with honors, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, cum laude, in 1976. He moved to San Diego in 1977. Mr. Graham graduated with honors, receiving a Juris Doctor degree, from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1980.

Early in his legal career Mr. Graham worked as a deputy city attorney in the criminal division of the San Diego City Attorney’s office, where he prosecuted criminal cases, conducting numerous bench and jury trials. Mr. Graham joined the firm in 1985 and became a partner in 1990. He has extensive jury trial experience and is admitted to practice before all the courts of the State of California, and all of the United States District Courts in California, the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
