Mark Vranjes was born in Chicago, Illinois on November 1,
1956. He has resided in San Diego County since 1969. Mr. Vranjes
received a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Economics and History
from the University of California at San Diego (UCSD) in 1978. After
graduating from UCSD he was employed as a banking officer until
1979. He earned a Juris Doctor degree in 1982 from the University
of San Diego School of Law and was a member of the Law Review.
Mr. Vranjes joined the firm in 1982 and became a partner in 1986.
Since 1989, Mr. Vranjes has been the firm’s managing partner.
He is admitted to practice before all the courts of the State of California, and all of the United States District Courts
in California.
Mr. Vranjes’ practice centers around the handling of complex
litigation matters with extensive trial experience in the areas listed below.
